Terms of Service

Bloom Coffee roasts and sells single-origin whole bean coffee, sold and shipped from Pakistan via this website (bloomcof.com). These terms apply to every order placed here.

Ordering doesn’t require an account — you check out as a guest with your name, phone number, and delivery address, and we send you a unique tracking link to follow your order. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we confirm it once we’ve checked stock and your details. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, delivery isn’t possible to your area, or we suspect fraud — in which case we’ll let you know and you won’t be charged.

All prices on this site are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include no hidden fees — the delivery fee is always shown separately, both on the product itself and again in your order summary before you confirm. We may change product prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it, not any later change.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently our only payment method — you pay our courier in cash when your order is handed to you. We’re working on adding digital payment options (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, card); this page will be updated when they go live.

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through our courier partner. Delivery timeframes, charges, and coverage are set out in full in our Shipping Policy.

If your order arrives damaged, wrong, incomplete, or simply doesn’t taste fresh to you, we’ll replace it or refund it — that’s the Bloom Promise. Full details, including the 7-day window and how to request one, are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Since there’s no login, the unique link sent after checkout is the only way to track, cancel, or request a return on an order. Keep it safe and don’t share it with anyone you don’t want managing that order.

You agree not to:

• Place fraudulent orders or provide false contact/delivery details.
• Use the site in any way that disrupts its operation or attempts to access data you’re not authorised to access.
• Resell our products commercially without our prior written agreement.

The Bloom Coffee name, logo, “Bloom Promise,” and all text, photography, and design on this site belong to Bloom Coffee and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

We work hard to describe our products accurately and deliver them in good condition. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order — we’re not liable for indirect losses arising from a late or failed delivery outside our control (e.g. courier delays, incorrect address or phone number provided at checkout).

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We may update these terms as our service evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
